Before submitting your application, please review the core principles of our cooperation:

• Consignment Model: Products remain the property of Sacred Soil B.V. until sold to the end customer.
• Storage Responsibility: The Distribution Partner is responsible for proper storage and liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
• Monthly Reporting: Sales and inventory reports must be submitted by the 20th of the following month.
• Settlement: Invoicing is based on actual sold quantities.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due within 14 days after invoicing.
• Returns: Unsold goods may be returned within 90 days upon prior agreement and must be in saleable condition.
• Brand Protection: Distribution Partners agree to respect brand positioning and avoid deliberate undercutting of recommended retail prices.
• Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
